Assembling the strap:

Place one end of the spring bar into the spring bar hole on the watch, then pull back the quick-release pin to insert the other end. After installing, pull the strap to ensure it is securely fastened.

Disassembling the strap:

Take off the watch. Pull the quick-release pin in the opposite direction and remove the two ends of the watch strap from the watch body.
